How can I configure the office hours call flow in the TeleCMI dashboard?

customers know your working hours when they call during non-working hours is a good
practice.
To configure your office hours call flow in the TeleCMI dashboard, follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your TeleCMI dashboard โ Navigate to the 'Call Flow' section on the
left sidebar
Step 2: Locate the option for office hours call flow in the call flow section โ Drag
the office hours icon and place it next to the plus icon.
Step 3: Set your office hours, choose your holiday and time zone โ Click the 'Save'
button to save your call flow configuration.
