Where can I find the analysis of a user's performance on the TeleCMI dashboard?
By analyzing the performance of teams and individuals on the TeleCMI dashboard, you can
identify areas for improvement. It also helps to determine which teams or individuals are
performing well and which ones are not. You can conduct an analysis of yourself by following
the appropriate steps.
Log in to your TeleCMI dashboard In the left-side menu →click on the "live feed" icon.
The live feed section of the dashboard likely provides real time data and updates, and the
options within this section (such as activity, user, team, etc.) likely provide different
ways to view and analyze the performance data.
In the user section, you would be able to find the detailed analysis of the performance of a
single user, which would include metrics such as the number of calls made, duration of
calls, call quality, and other relevant data.
In the team section, you would be able to find performance data aggregated at the team
level, which would include metrics such as the number of calls made by the team, the average
duration of calls, and the average call quality.
This would allow managers and supervisors to get a sense of how the entire team is
performing and identify areas where the team may need to improve.
Additionally, there may be other sections on the dashboard for viewing data about activity,
such as call data, call volume, and productivity. This would be useful for identifying
patterns in user behavior, and identifying potential issues, or uncovering opportunities for
optimization.
