How do I configure incoming call flow in the TeleCMI dashboard?
You can easily customize the call flow for each of your business numbers in the TeleCMI
dashboard by following a few simple steps. This allows you to tailor the call flow to fit
the specific needs of your business and ensure that calls are handled efficiently and
effectively.
Step 1: Log in to your TeleCMI dashboard →On the left side of the dashboard, click on
the "Call Flow" section.
Step 2: In the call flow section, you will see a list of customizable options. Select
the desired call flow and drag it to the plus icon in the center of the screen.
For example, if you want to set a direct team call flow, drag the team icon and place it on
the plus icon, then click on "Choose Team" and select the desired team.
Step 3: To set different types of call flow for each business number, click on the
number bar and choose the desired number.
Step 4: Once you have finished customizing your call flow, click the save button on
the right side of the screen.
