How do I blacklist a number from the TeleCMI dashboard?
Blacklisting unwanted spam numbers is always advantageous to your business because it allows
you to focus on calls that are valuable to your company rather than spending time with the
unwanted spam numbers.
You can easily blacklist spam numbers in the TeleCMI dashboard by following these simple
steps:
Step 2: Enter the "History" section from the left-hand menu.
Step 3: You will see a list of call logs. Find the log for the number you want to
blacklist. On the left side of every single log, you will find three dots.
Step 4: Click on the three dots of the log that you want to block, and a pop-up menu
will appear.
Step 5: From the pop-up menu, select the "Block" icon to blacklist the number.
Once you have clicked on the "Block" icon, you will no longer receive any calls from this
number in the future.
