How can I access the 'live call feed' on the TeleCMI dashboard?
Monitoring live call feeds on your TeleCMI dashboard allows you to train your employees in
real time by observing their communication and customer service skills as they interact with
clients.
This can be a valuable feature for identifying areas of improvement and providing targeted
coaching and feedback. To access live call feeds, simply follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your TeleCMI dashboard → find the Live Feed icon on the left side
of the dashboard.
On the live call feed, you will see the user's name and the phone number of the other party
they are speaking with.
If the number is saved in your system, it will also display the name of the customer.
Additionally, you will see whether the call is incoming or outgoing.
This information is displayed in real time, allowing you to monitor easily and track your
employees interactions with customers.
To barge and whisper a live call
Step 2: Find the employee whose call you want to listen in on.
Step 3: Click the play button displayed next to their name.
Step 4: While listening to the call, you can provide training to the employee on
appropriate communication with the customer without disturbing the customer.
