Where can I find the 'Voicemail' notes in the TeleCMI dashboard?
Voicemail is a useful feature for receiving messages from customers and clients when you are
not able to answer the phone. You can view the voicemail notes that your customers have left
for you in the TeleCMI dashboard by following these simple steps.
Step 1: Log in to your TeleCMI dashboard → On the left side of the dashboard, click
on the "Settings" option.
Step 2: In the list of options at the top of the dashboard, click on the "Voicemail"
tab.
You will see a list of voicemails that your customers have left for you.
